This project is about the act of collecting images in series, as a way to search and define the concept of home in a foreign country (as I started it when I moved to the Netherlands for my studies). I put together an imaginary tableau of the house I needed in an other country, to mediate visually between my expectations and reality, as means of research and speculative work. I compared this fantastical world with my lived reality and created a blanket with my images.

The two pieces connect with each other and try to communicate, in the middle there is the research for... something, that motivated me when I started working.
